Property Decision Report
Not another score — a clear recommendation. Enter the property's entrance, rooms and (optionally) plot details for a Buy / Buy with caution / Consider alternatives / Not recommended verdict, with a confidence rating and what to verify before you pay.
No classical Vastu text maps a score to a buy/don't-buy decision — this is our own disclosed rule: the overall score AND any plot-level risk flags must BOTH independently clear a threshold, so a strong score alone cannot outweigh a real structural flag. The confidence rating reflects how much data went in and how contested it is — not a claim that the recommendation is correct. This is not investment, legal or structural-engineering advice.
Property Decision Report — questions people ask
Is the Buy/Not Recommended label a classical Vastu concept?
No — no classical text maps a score to a purchase recommendation. This is our own disclosed decision rule: both the overall score AND any plot-level risk flags must independently clear a threshold, so a strong score alone cannot outweigh a real structural flag like a bad road-hit.
What does the confidence rating mean?
How much data went in and how contested it is — not a claim that the recommendation is correct. A report built from few sections or mostly disputed findings gets a lower confidence label.
