Plot Suitability Report
Not another score — see how the same plot rates for different purposes. Family home, rental, duplex, villa, apartment, commercial, retirement home — each weighted differently, star-rated, with a one-line reason.
Classical Vastu is use-agnostic — it doesn't have separate rules for a family home vs. a rental vs. a shop. This report reuses the exact same shape/facing/road-hit signals as the Plot Risk Report but applies a different, disclosed weighting per intended use — a product-policy judgment, not a classical finding. The Commercial rating in particular uses road-hit only as a proxy for street visibility, since this platform has no real footfall/road-width data — treat it as directional only.
Plot Suitability Report — questions people ask
Is this a rescore of the Plot Risk Report?
No — it reuses the same shape/facing/road-hit signals but weights them differently per intended use, since classical Vastu itself doesn't differentiate by purpose. A family home and a commercial plot can rate very differently on the exact same plot.
Why does the commercial rating come with a caveat?
This platform has no real road-width, footfall or visibility data. The commercial rating uses road-hit as the closest available proxy, not real commercial-suitability data — treat it as directional only.
